Return Policy

This Return Policy explains our returns and refunds rules for products purchased through tizbitechnologies.com. Because we distribute products on behalf of their manufacturers, and because of quality-control and third-party auditing requirements, all products are sold on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis. The exceptions below cover products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or frozen - which we always make right.
Products that are non-returnable
All products sold through tizbitechnologies.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This includes:

- Bio Block
- Bio Clean Industrial
- Natural Sealer
- Metal Shield
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund. Any defect claim is subject to inspection and approval by us or the manufacturer.
Frozen products
Some water-based products can be damaged by freezing during transit. If a product arrives frozen, contact us on the day of delivery with photographs showing its condition, and we will arrange a full replacement or refund.
How to report a problem
To report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or frozen-on-arrival product, contact us at info@tizbitechnologies.com or 984-263-9606 with your order number and photographs. Do not ship any product back until you have received authorization and instructions from us.
Refunds
Where a damaged, defective, incorrect, or frozen-on-arrival claim is approved, any refund or replacement is issued after the product is received and inspected or the claim is otherwise approved. Refunds are made to the original payment method; please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
