FlameOFF® Fire Barrier Paint is a non-toxic, latex-like coating paint for use over interior structural steel, sheet metal, sheetrock, gypsum, composite panels, OSB, engineered materials, and interior woods.

Application rate
- Spray: 15-45 mils WFT per coat (depending on applicator experience)
- Brush: 10 mils (0.25 mm) per coat (wet)
Product may be applied by brush or spray application. Do not roll. Spray application is recommended for the optimum appearance.
Drying schedule (per coat)
- Touch dry: 1 hour
- Recoat time: 4 hours minimum
Drying time is influenced by temperature, humidity, film thickness & ventilation.
