Eligibility

Unopened products in their original, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used coatings cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

To request a return, contact us with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
