Shipping and Delivery Information

We currently ship within the continental United States. All orders are processed and packaged for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically leave our North Carolina warehouse within 1-2 business days from the day we receive your order. Shipping fees are based upon weight. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending upon your location. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that extreme weather conditions may cause paint to spoil. Because our paint is eco-friendly, it is more susceptible to freezing than other paints.In the rare event that the product arrives frozen, Tizbi Technologies will ship a replacement or offer a full refund. Customer must supply photo of frozen product upon arrival; claims will not be accepted after day of delivery. However, if you anticipate not being home within 8 hours of the package being delivered in months during which freezing may occur, we strongly recommend sending your package to a business address to protect your paint from extreme temperatures.

Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Tizbi Technologies can be returned within 90 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.


Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Tizbi Technologies. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery and Major Appliance).

A money back refund onto the credit card used to purchase the item.

The refund can only be done during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The money will be issued to the credit card used to pay for the items. Before the refund is issued, the customer needs to return the faulty or damaged item back to Tizbi Technologies including a receipt of purchase. 

Return Policy Exceptions

Policy excludes: Application issues and improperly prepared surfaces, liquid stains, color samples, 3rd parties and marketplaces, labor and installation. We reserve the right to limit guarantee at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.
